- Due to the sanitary aspects of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may determine a way to resolve the issue.
- Also, we are not responsible for any products that melt during transit. Please refer to our frequently asked questions to see how to solidify melted products.
- KASHCURE is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.
Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of your purchase. After the 24 hour time frame has passed, we are no longer able to cancel your order or issue you a refund.
