KASHCURE only ships to Jamaica, Canada & the United States.
- Even though we pride ourselves in fast shipping times, please be mindful that our products are handmade in small batches and may take up to 4-7 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off of the current amount of orders we have in our queue. We currently have a high volume of orders in our queue due to a growing demand for our products. Also, please note that most of our products are made to order to ensure freshness.
- As soon as your order is processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive two emails. One email will confirm that your order has been processed and another one with your tracking information. Once you have received your tracking, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking details to update within the system. The average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic packages.
- This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped, KASHCURE LLC is no longer responsible for it. It is now the USPS's responsibility to get your package delivered to you. If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly. They will be able to further assist you.
- Note that all shipping times are merely an estimate but you may track your order at any time via the USPS website.
- Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us due to you putting the wrong shipping address, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you.
- We charge a flat fee of $4.99 for standard domestic shipping and $6.99 for domestic priority. We charge $20 to ship to Canada.
Shipping TO JAMAICA
- We have a recommended courier that we use. If it is that you do not already have your courier account set up with anyone, we will have that done for you. You would just need to enter your Jamaican address at checkout and after your order is placed, we will reach out to you with further details.
Please note that customs charges & etc will be handled between you and your shipping associate.
