Here’s how our gift cards operate: Upon purchase, the gift cards are promptly delivered via email and include easy-to-follow redemption instructions. It’s important to note that we exclusively provide digital gift cards, and no physical cards will be shipped.

To ensure a personalized touch, if you wish for the gift card to be directly delivered to the recipient’s inbox, kindly provide their email address during the checkout process—not yours. Alternatively, you have the flexibility to email the gift card to yourself initially and then effortlessly forward or print it for a thoughtful presentation.

Orders are typically processed and shipped off within 3-5 business days. During major sales or holidays, please anticipate additional processing time. Once an order is placed, modifications are not possible. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created. If you are not seeing it in your email, please send us a message at [email protected].

Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and proof of damage to request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

Once your package departs from our headquarters, the delivery timeline, inclusive of any potential delays, is solely within the carrier’s domain. We kindly request our customers to allow 3-5 business days from the delivery date for the package to navigate its way to the correct address.

Occasionally, carriers may prematurely mark a package as delivered, even before it reaches its final destination. In some instances, the package may be directed to an Access Point/Locker for customer pickup. For shipping and delivery-related concerns, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier as they possess more detailed information.

KASHCURE is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages arising from inaccurately entered shipping information. It’s important to note that we are unable to facilitate address changes with the carrier once the package has undergone processing.
